Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@abyan.ae If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ABYAN are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service. ABYAN may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are not in its original condition, worn, used, without tags and not in its original packaging cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges are only permitted if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
Customer would be eligible for a refund and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.

What is an abaya?
An abaya is a traditional modest garment that is worn by Muslim women, sometimes called abaya dresses.

How should I care for my abaya?
Please note: Any abaya with embellishments is handwash only!
To keep your abaya in great condition, hand wash your abaya with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid rubbing or wringing the garment to prevent damaging the material.
If you would prefer to machine wash, place your abaya in a mesh laundry bag and put it in the machine on a delicate, cold wash. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or bleach to prevent fading or tearing.
Leave your abaya to air dry away from direct sunlight. Gently squeeze out any excess water and lay it on a flat surface or clothing rack.
When ironing, turn your abaya inside out and iron the inside on a low heat setting. Place a piece of fabric or a thin towel over the abaya and iron over it to avoid heat damage.
How do I choose the right size abaya?
To make sure you choose the right size abaya, measure your height with measuring tape, starting from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
Then, measure your bust by wrapping the tape around your chest to the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground. After that, measure the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips.

Are abayas seasonal?
Yes! At Abyan, we provide abayas for every season.
Lightweight materials like Silk, linen, and chiffon provide breathability and comfort during warmer months. For the winter, choose heavier fabrics such as wool blends or thicker crepes.
